Danged right – I’ve been saying that for years. Should have created a smoldering corridor 50 miles wide from end to end, with a couple of loop-de-loops. They also should have imported 2 million hot Cuban women to populate the entire set of islands from Folly Beach to Hilton Head, and given all the plantation to rich northern white soldiers for free along with the hot Cuban women. And another thing, they should have carved a giant Confederate Flag into the side of the State House with a carving of the devil’s face next to it. And painted it with red clay.

All while Democrats controlled the South, blacks moved north. Now that Republicans are in control, the trend is reversing.

But I thought only white Republicans could be racist. He must not have gotten the memo. LOL

McKnight is the typical civil war commenting fool. He has no clue about the war, its true origins or how it is effecting him even now.

The War of Northern Aggression was not fought over slavery, as McKnight would want the world to think. Because, most of the North didn’t want the Black slaves free either. Case in point were the New York Riots after the signing of the Emancipation Proclamation. Where they hung blacks from nearly every lamp post in town, refused to fight the war any longer, and Lincoln had to send in the army to stop it. This was typical across the entire North. So, Mr. McKnight, maybe Sherman should have burned the North Too.

Instead, Sherman caused the greatest hatred the South could have for revenge. And, who should suffer that revenge. Not the North, but the poor blacks who lived in the South. Who are just now getting out from under the same flames that burned the South, and also burned hatred of Southerners for blacks into over 100 years of racial strife.

The War of Northern Aggression was fought over one thing and one thing only:
GREED! And nothing more or nothing less. Northern Mills created the Golden Triangle Slave trade from Boston to Africa to Charleston. The Yankees kidnapped the Blacks and sold them into slavery to Southern cotton Farmers. Who used them to grow cotton for the Northern Mills. Who used the money for their own benefit, enslave Scotch Irish in worse conditions in their mills, and build more ships to kidnap more blacks to sell to the South. All was fine until the South started to sell it’s cotton for better prices to European Mills that competed with Yankee Mills.

Then the Yankees got religion and used Abolisist puppets to try and force the South to only sell cotton to them. Yankees rigged the interstate commerce laws to try and stop cotton shipments from leaving the South for Europe. Then finally, declared war on the South to kill European competition.

Sorry McKnight to spoil your false view of history. By the way, Sherman hated Blacks and killed many of them on his War Crime Tirade across the South. Many be should have killed a few more of your relatives and you might not be here to mouth off your stupidity.

He looks to be about 4′ 6, so maybe he’s just mad about being a circus freak. What if a white lawmaker had said “I wish we had enslaved more?” or “I wish slaveholders had killed more of their slaves”? He just handed future opponents for his seat a gift, wrote their campaign materials for them, and did all the opposition research they will need. He’s no better than the lesser cut of meat guy. If the blacks were smart, they would be grateful that they ended up as slaves in the South. They were fated to be slaves to somebody, and they were vastly better off with Southern American masters than Latin American, Arab or African masters. They were converted to Christianity and given a certain level of agency, in some cases being able to buy their own freedom and become slave owners themselves. The Christian charity of their masters ensured that they enjoyed a higher and more generous standard of living than they would have otherwise, for example in the meat grinders of Brazil or the Caribbean. They may never admit this, but, with their puny minds, they are biologically fated to be subservient, and when they are allowed to be in charge of themselves, you see debacles like SC State.
