Rubbish! First, C of C admin blamed it on a computer glitch. Now, they throw us a story of a mastermind bank robber who thought to purchase a “throw away” phone, call in a bomb threat so as to divert cops away from his bank robbery. This is straight out of “Breaking Bad”.
