We all know how you and your acolytes here are just”forced” to support these Republicans who run this state against those evil “Democrats” ,who haven’t won a statewide election in almost TEN years,(they’re a real “threat!”).

The Feds now have the people and companies who were writing the checks to Mr Harrell. They also know what the checks were for. There are documents floating around that detail the lengths at which several AUSA’s in Nettles office persisted to keep Mr Nettles from getting the details that would have exposed the criminal activity 2+ years ago. The Feds left enough rope out there for more prosecutors to hang themselves. Documents show a Charleston AUSA’s not only bit on the hook, but swallowed it. Two more senior prosecutors in Columbia probably have big scars from biting on the hooks after they had this information in their hands and pushed it under their rugs. ( Idon’t know how you could walk on that carpet). Well the Feds were watching the whole time. One of the Columbia cover uppers was the 1st. Assistant to Mr Nettles.

So Mr Nettles may not be the bad guy that all these fingers have been pointing to. Theres a possibility that he is actually just finding out.

By the way, same thing seems to have happened in Mr Wilson’s office. Several Assistant/ Deputy AG actively were sweeping hard.

Apparently the Fraud cover up was to protect the Past Chair of the Real Estate Ethics Advisory Panel for the SC Bar, Higgins. How high it goes is yet to be determined but the first complaint was made to the SCSCDC who had everything in her hands then gave it to the Charleston lawyer across the street from the fraudsters to investigate. When the lawyer failed to look into the fraud and submitted a report noting “Nothing here and no further investigation needed”, a harsh reply was sent to SCSCDC. After the Feds got involved and the fraud came to light another document requesting that the SCSCDC reopen the case with the facts included…

After heavy sweeping and and elephant size mound under the rug inside the SCSCDC office, a letter detailing is sent to the SCSC. Each SCSCJ individually with a request to help and notice of the refusal to acknowledge the corruption. The subject of the letter was to make note of the appeal coming.

Well the money started flowing to Harrell and to Judiciary members after each letter to SCSCDC and followed as the lawyer/ Charleston Representative 115 reached out to intercept court documents. Then more $$ began flowing to Harrell & Associates. All from same family and friends that committed the fraud. The new Judge in Charleston County would completely disregard all documents filed on the court. (After money again shows up). False Orders are signed (After money again shows up). Documents are removed from court record (After money again shows up). The case in dropped of the roster (After money again shows up). Then the case is dismissed (After money again shows up).

The case is appealed. Between the dismissal and the time that the case makes its way to the SCCA, the judge has now been nominated and sitting on SCCA.

the case makes its way though the process at the SCCA and when its reviewed, the same court documents that are ignored and conveniently omitted from the lower court with Ol McDonald sitting are now conveniently omitted from the SCCA review of the case. The same day that the case order is signed by the SCCA completely dismissing the case in a one page order, money again shows up in Mr Harrell and friends accounts. However this time its after the indictments.

What do you call donations to a FORMER SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE after Indictments????
