To Smirks Imposter – Internet? Even Smirks is more advanced than that. If the elected officials of SC really wanted to make voting easier for people they’d have it on a phone app. But they’de never do that because younger voters would participate more, and the old elite entitled ruling class would be kicked out. Everyone should be able to vote on their iPhone. Seriously, with the technology today – it’s a no brainer.
