What I posted (and will do if it comes to it) is that IF the hard right were ever to manage to secede from the Union (and I’m still around – that is), I will kill my livestock,burn down my house and barn and yes, apply salt to my property to a depth of approximately 1 cm.That concentration will render it useless to the “nation” of South Carolina for quite some time.
Then I’ll leave and something tells me I won’t be the only one to use the “scorched earth” tactic to get the point across.
i’m sure the “nation” of South Carolina will be able to muster the resources to render it worth something again seeing as how South Carolina is doing a bang-up job keeping its roads in shape, the trash off the roads, and everything else that keeps it in 49th. place at present.
If we could do it city by city or county by county, i might be ok with it. I would love all the cheap foreign labor it would create in the Banana Republic of Carolina.. Those who went along would be begging for jobs at any price within a year, and looking for good old greenbacks to pay for food.
At the end of the day the whole country knows you cant have Teabaggers in charge otherwise you would have unchecked chaos.

Trey Gowdy likely will not be re-elected in his district. The voters are organizing there to be sure he is tossed to the curb. He’s all tough talk, but a nothing on taking any kind of action.

Her comment defending Gowdy’s rationalization the other day on the Spbg. Tea Party site was about as brown-nosed as anything I’ve ever seen.
The same way all of the other folks have been booted by the Tea Party in recent years?
This story needs a re-write since Texas Rep. Louie (the Instigator) Gohmert got a committee chairmanship after the half-hearted mutiny. Maybe Mulvaney had an impact after all.
