We need a constitutional amendment that prohibits campaigning for the office of President for at least one month after the last election and if a news organization prints said campaigning it will be taken out and shot.

Today’s “comment winner” declared early!

Well done, sir. However, I suggest a longer ban. One month seems a little short.

But there’s a method to my madness, once it is in whoever is President will write an executive order to extend the time to one month before the election and no setting President would ever overwrite that. ;)

The whole news organization? Think we can lure NBC or CNN into reporting on Walker?

I’m a fan and admirer of Governor Walker. I had the pleasure of having dinner with he and his wife (regrettably named Tonette) a couple of years ago. He’s a very down to earth and “normal” guy. He’s also right on the issues in my view. He could be a formidable candidate.

Would be a perfect candidate. The UNIONS and other marxists had 3 chances to get him in a leaning Democrat state and they couldn’t.His policies work.

Squeaky clean.

All made up stuff by the marxist unions and Democrat Party in Wisconsin.

Similar to ‘Haley Syndrome’ in SC.

He’s an amnesty supporter. He oversaw the city of Milwaukee into one of the biggest amnesty cities in the midwest. When he had a chance to kick them all out in 2011 he backed down and did nothing. He’s a complete amnesty hack.

Walker supports amnesty. It’s a fact. So does Jeb Bush, Christie, Rubio, Rand Paul, Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham. The only two standing up against this takeover of America is Ted Cruz and Rick Perry. All the others are bowing to the Consultant Class and getting ready to give 15 million illegals a pathway to citizenship. And you are too niave to see it. You think Jeb or Scott will agree to beat Hillary without giving all the little beaners their legal status green cards and pathway to citizenship? The knife is already in your back, and you don’t feel it yet.

He can’t b/c he is still smarting from his 2012 prediction of a President Perry. But glad you are so opened minded Jim. Supporting Al Gore’s passionate 1988 presidential supporter Rick Perry shows you are bipartisan and willing to reach across the aisle.

Walker supports amnesty because he comes from the big business wing of the Republican party. Big business wants amnesty. Could you imagine how much money a corporation like Wal-Mart would lose if illegal aliens were deported?

He has been on the Koch brothers’ payroll for many years, so maybe that gives him an edge over the other clowns listed.

Rick Perry will be at a luncheon hosted by the Myrtle Beach Area CofC Tuesday.

Will Buz allege Perry will be passing out ‘envelopes’ in appreciation of Tom Rice’s victory OR that Texas Ranger Chuck Norris is really ‘eue max’ and will be on hand to arrest Perry for leaving Texas?

Polar opposites. John Kasich and Scott Walker are both successful. One by confrontation the other by compromise. Walker has the edge in primaries. Kasich has the edge in a general election. Scott won by 6%, while Kasich won by 31%. If the voters are angry at Dems, Scott has the advantage. If the voters are angry at gridlock, Kasich does.

I like Scott. He is the only governor who has successfully taken bold action, but above all I want a Republican in the White House.

Actually Kasich was ‘confrontational’ with the public sector unions before he compromised (as you defined it). It hurt him at first as these were the people that helped elect him.

After he did the ‘math’ for them ,it won them back over.

Scott says we need a governor not a legislator like Ryan. With Kasich you get both. He spent 18 years in the House of Rep.

You didn’t include Dr. Ben Carson on that list. He left Fox and even made himself an info-commercial highlighting his background.

It would be interesting to see if Americans would vote for a president without a college degree. He would be the first one since Andrew Jackson, I think.

The Teabaggers would probably love it since most of them don’t have college degrees. The independent voters, maybe not so much.
