My personal favorite: several greasy butter fried eggs over medium, smothered in fatty bacon and hamburger Chille with those red meskin beans, plenty of diced onions, cayenne and other various esoteric herbs, spices and New Mexio chili peppers … breakfast, lunch or late night.
