1. A child has been molested. The worst thing I can imagine.
2. A man (or occasionally a woman) has been wrongfully accused of molesting a child – the second worst thing. Unless you’ve seen someone who is innocent live through false allegations, or you personally have, you can’t imagine. I’m truly surprised the wrongfully accused don’t kill themselves more often given the depths of depression they often fall into.

It’s saying that bond for csc with minor 1st degree has to set by a circuit court judge by state law. Since circuit court is not in session daily, it take a little longer to get a bond set.

Took a lot of money, time & lawyers to get it straightened out.
