The activity center is smaller than Keenan high’s gym, the put one set of bleachers against the wall to force the crowd to stand in front of the stage. I stood beside reporter from the newspaper, he guessed there were 400 people there.

Several local news outlets reported crowds of 1000 to 1100. There are pics of the crowd on Cola Daily and it was jammed packed. Only media outlet reporting “hundreds” is the AP which probably didn’t have anyone on site.

The State reports that there were “…hundreds of South Carolina voters …” present. I watched it on WIS live and I’ve been in Allen’s activity center several times – there is no way there was more than 500 present. The pictures with the State’s article shows one of the pull out bleachers against the wall so they didn’t even have all of the seating available. Spring Valley High’s gymnasium is much larger, in fact, most of the high schools in Columbia have larger gyms.

FYI: Biden has blocked traffic twice in Columbia this year. However, he is a regular visitor to Charleston and Kiawah and has an annoying habit of flying into Charleston at rush hour blocking many roads (including I-26 and 526) between the air force base and Kiawah.
It’s better than being on the air circling the NYC area airport for over an hour waiting for him to leave. We did not know what was going on until we landed when the pilot apologized.

Let me guess….did Biden tell his audience the other side is going to put “them back in chains”? Did he ask a paraplegic to “stand up”? Did he tell them to “go out and buy a shotgun” to curb violence? Did he say that Obama “has a big stick”? Did he refer to John Paul Stevens as “Justice Stewart”? Did he tell them that he was going to get them “a three-letter word: J-O-B-S”? Did he say that Obama was “the first clean and articulate black man”?
It’s amazing that Biden has gotten away with his utter stupidity, all of his foreign policy miscalculations and mistakes and all of his lies for all these years. Doesn’t say much for his audience or his constituency that’s for sure.
