U.S. SENATOR TO ADDRESS GOP GATHERING
By FITSNEWS || U.S. Sen. Tim Scott will address a group of Republicans in Columbia, S.C. this week – according to an invitation obtained by FITS.
Scott will speak on Monday at the Hall at Senate’s End, located at 320 Senate Street in downtown Columbia, S.C.
The event begins at 12:00 p.m. EDT – with Scott’s remarks scheduled to start around 12:45 p.m.
Scott will be introduced by S.C. Rep. Kirkman Finlay – who was recently named chairman of a special S.C. House ethics subcommittee.
This website has generally positive things to say about Scott. We don’t appreciate his slavish devotion to the corporate cronyism of aircraft manufacturer Boeing, but Scott is generally a reliable pro-free market, pro-liberty vote in the U.S. Senate – standing in stark contrast to the uber-liberal record of senior U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham.
Tickets for Scott’s address are $15 and are available at the door …

Tim Scott is in politics for the pay and retirement. But one things for certain is, if he stays his course – remaining loyal to the voters – he will surely one day be the POTUS.
He’s a smart man not to endorse Lindsey Graham.
“Tim Scott is in politics for the pay and retirement.”
Can’t you say that about anyone who enters politics from poor background, but once they are there they can usually find better opportunities in the private sector.
I definitely trust Mr Scott a lot more than Graham. I hope he stays on course and advances for his integrity.
Trust Scott???
Then such a deal I have for you. I have some ocean front property I know you will be interesting in purchasing from me. I’ll be glad to show it to you at Low Tide.
You are gay. Your quips are as old as dirt. Get some new material. hahahahaahaha!
Calling someone ‘gay’ is supposed to be an insult?
And your moronic rhetoric is supposedly topical.
You certainly are Blue, maybe if you got a little you wouldn’t have the Blue Balls syndrome effecting you sexual comments.
You sound like the sort of witless bastard that would apply that weak as joke to any republican.
Ah using profanity instead of thoughtful insults.
Just shows you are as dumb as all the other Kool-Aid drinking Scott supporters. Like your little fool below: SC Blues.
Bastard is profanity? The way I used it was to describe you as an unpleasant or despicable person. Check your dictionary, you witless bastard.
Scott is nothing more than a despicable place holder for Nicky Haley.
Who, once she is thru screwing South Carolina, will be easily elected to take the Senate Seat being held for her by Scott. Where upon, Tricky Nicky will do her usual prostitution bit by then Screwing the rest of America, for fun and profit to her.
I really hope that such is not the case. With a little luck, Nikki may get some new fashions in the form of silver bracelets and new orange wardrobe before that could happen.
Did Sic go to this function?
Hell no. It costs 15 bucks!
This is off topic, but howcome no story on Todd Kincannon and his plan to execute anyone suspected of having Eboli? Is he a friend of yours Sic?

Stop by the American Party booth, Hampton building, SC State Fair and sign the much needed recall election petition!
I bet,Mr Scott is real familiar with,Senate Street…
I watch C Span 2 when the Senate is in session. Scott does absolutely nothing except rubber stamp conservative policies.
I’m very sorry for the fact that you have nothing else to do during the day. That must be very tough to sit and watch CSPAN 2. Do you then flip between all of the 24 hour news channels?
I love it! Wish I had more time to watch it.
Or viewed another way, Stands for conservative principles. Scott is the ONLY senator from SC. Graham is the third senator from Mass.
If the kind of senator you want is one who is afraid to make a move without the approval of the far right, then Scott is your man.
Scott is my man.
Scott is my man.
Scott is easily the dumbest member of the Senate. He couldn’t survive in the private sector. Republicans always luv them houseboys…
Went to the luncheon. Another fine group of Conservatives. Senator Scott again came across as the knowledgeable conservative representing Republicans in SC. Like I said about Senator DeMint: We need 59 more Tim Scotts in the senate.
