“First of all, they’re clearly not advancing freedom at home” That broad brush applies to the personnel operating our ballistic missile submarines that a portion of are on patrol 24/7/365. We should stand them all down and inactivate the missiles. No other country would dare launch on an unarmed US would they? The Russians don’t have the capability do they. The very idea is just MIC propaganda.
I am not a fan of the VA. Those that have run the VA into the ground for all these many years are self serving bureaucrats intent on increasing their power and their own financial gain. As much as I despise the VA I have the same feeling for those that disparage our men and women in uniform. To say they are “foolish”, have “mistaken belief” and “they’re clearly not advancing freedom at home” rises to the level of the self serving bureaucrats running the VA.

Government employees. Some of laziest worthless not give a hoot bums in our society. Seen enough of it to write a book. And now with social media, the lack of productively is 1000 times worst.
Government employees are ATF, FBI, all US soldiers, sailors and airmen, air traffic controllers, etc. So they are all lazy, worthless and don’t give a hoot.
What ever happened to the Nancy Cook VA scandal? It is like it vanished off the radar.
“The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is investigating whether the former director of a North Charleston veterans’ homeless shelter broke federal laws by using taxpayer-funded grants to bankroll her own lifestyle.”
Dudley has uncovered a missing $542,100 grant from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as well as allegations of fraud in the center’s daily taxpayer-subsidized operations – allegations which are now being investigated by the S.C. Department of Social Services (DSS).
Cook is a former Charleston County School Board Chairwoman – which means she’s been well-trained in the art of padding her pockets while pouring other people’s money down the drain.
