DELTA TAU DELTA SHUTS DOWN CHAPTER
By FITSNews || It’s been a bad week for fraternities in South Carolina …
Obviously the big news across the Palmetto State is the mysterious death of 19-year-old Tucker Hipps – a member of Clemson University’s Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. But at the University of South Carolina an entire fraternity has been suspended from campus for four years.
According to school officials, the Theta Eta chapter of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity has been suspended through the fall of 2018 for violating university policies related to alcohol at recruitment events.
The fraternity was previously placed on social probation for similar violations in the past. It had been appealing its suspension, but the national organization chose to close the chapter instead.

Not one comment..interesting.
Take some time and read the Wiki article — look to the link for notable members — very prestigious — makes me wonder what in hell really happened at USC….

Not very notable at all compared to some. DTD is one of the smaller national fraternities, TKE’s list of accomplished brothers is far longer even though the fraternity is fifty years younger.
You probably supplied the tip. Can’t have any negative posts about Cowshit University, can we? Such a tortured soul you are. USC is so far into your head that you can’t focus. But please tell us some more about East Carolina being a “Division 1A” School.
Idiot!
Dah Tee Dahs…Downtown Daddies…
“They took the bar…” Bluto Blutarsky
“Well, you can do what you you want to us, but we’re not going to sit here and listen to you badmouth the United States of America.”
Best Option: Underground frats.
