Don’t even know what to say about this. A bunch of Republican Kochsuckers write a partisan report accusing Obama of being influenced by billionaires. Who is paying for this political ad? I think we all know.

B-b-b-b-but it’s anti-transparent behavior! That’s totally unacceptable!!!!!!!!*

*Does not apply to Howard Rich.

meant to promote genuine philanthropy and charitable acts

Instead of furthering a noble purpose

Sounds like the Citizens United decision to me.

Also, lol @ protecting the environment not amounting to “genuine philanthropy,” “charitable acts,” or a “noble purpose” by Republicans.

Hell, it could be worse…..it could be a “rightest” organization like Koch Bros. Oh wait! They do it, too!

Mr. Koch, is there anything else you wanted in this report? Did we leave anything out. Did you want us to say anything differently. If so, please let us know. Oh, and when should we expect those contributions, you know campaign season is upon us. Not that this report has anything to do with that, as we cannot coordinate with you.

Sincerely yours
Reince Priebus

EPA is now a paper tiger. It delegates money and program oversight to state agencies rife with incompetence, timidity, and control by local politicians who make sure little is enforced properly by the book. EPA then looks the other way and has no real oversight as to how the programs it funds really operate. We the public are paying a whole lot of money not to be protected.

What is a leftist billionaire? I don’t think such a person exists. Billionaires with a basic sense of fairness and stewardship, yes. I guess to some people, that is “leftist.”

Liberals aren’t smart/cunning enough to figure this out on their own.

I have long been of the opinion that oil interests in the middle east have been funneling money to these “foundations” and “environmental orgs” for a long time. How else do they always have the money to drag out each and every improvement in our way of life, making even the smallest project take longer and cost much more ? All the environmental regs. that have been piled on to what were once good laws have the effect of making every job cost prohibitive . It now takes many years to do what should take a few months due to red tape inspired by environmental wackos. Just think what the Interstate highway system would cost today . The EPA should have it’s budget cut by at least 90%. Or better yet–put a chain and lock on the door.
