It is Ralph Lauren. I know that because I have the same shirt and I quickly noticed it. In one frontal shot, you can see the lapel with the trademark horse.

Gee, as soon as this author took another look at Rand having decided his sins were inconsequential, he runs away from these Mexicans mid bite of his BBQ sandwhich. WTF?
Here is this author’s position on Mexico. If your are Mexican wanting to be US citizens, get in line. Enforce the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA). Make it more difficult to cross our southern border with longer detentions to at least vaccinate them and teach them some manners before forcing the Government of Mexico to take back Mexico’s problems. Bush I and II purposely ignored enforcing IRCA’s provisions which called for:
required employers to attest to their employees’ immigration status;
made it illegal to hire or recruit illegal immigrants knowingly;
legalized certain seasonal agricultural illegal immigrants, and;
legalized illegal immigrants who entered the United States before January 1, 1982 and had resided there continuously with the penalty of a fine, back taxes due, and admission of guilt; candidates were required to prove that they were not guilty of crimes, that they were in the country before January 1, 1982, and that they possessed minimal knowledge about U.S. history, government, and the English language.
IRCA provided amnesty for 3 million illegal immigrants, in return for increased border security and penalties for companies “knowingly” hiring illegal immigrants.
Since Andiola (the Dreamer girl) is a citizen of Mexico, maybe she can induce members of her own parliament not to slap Americans in jail who cross into Mexico illegally. In fact, in the spirit of reciprocity and neighborliness would suggest they have offices all along the coast offering Mexican-government-paid programs that wayward Amercians are entitled to, as well as English-speaking translators for Gringos.
