The “free enterprise” system in action.
Illegal Aliens – Contractors – Pay Low Hourly Amount – Not On Payroll – Issue IRS 1099s to Illegals. Aiding and Abetting in Felonies = Prison if Reported and Prosecuted.
If people are serious about fighting illegal immigration, they need to shame employers who hire illegal aliens. It’s funny, but a lot of people will rant and rave about the problem, but they’ll look the other way when the local farmer or contractor hires dozens of illegal aliens because they know him and don’t want to get him in trouble.
How many Republicans in gated communities will turn in the owner of the the company that takes care of their lawn? I’m betting none. Get a clue. The young hispanic men cutting your grass and trimming your trees are undocumented.
I have a solution for undocumented workers.
Anyone found hiring an undocumented worker is prevented from working in that field again for a year, and pay a $34,000 fine.
If a corporation is found with an undocumented worker in it, the CEO must be fired without severance and pay a $34,000 fine for each one found, and the corporation must be put into receivership until a new board of directors is selected.
If an undocumented worker is hired somewhere, and turns his employer in, we give him $34,000 CASH, and immediate citizenship for him and his immediate family.
