And to think, the FBI case against domestic terrorist “William Ayers” (Obama’s friend) was thrown out of federal court – because the FBI did not secure a warrant when it tapped and was intercepting his telephone calls. Ayers tried to kill people. But he got off over a technicality.
The Fourth Amendment is not a “technicality.”
OGB – I think the point of the prior comment is that Congress the last 2 Presidents & the US Int. Industrial Complex is treating the 4th Amd as such. just a technicality.
