Spearman represents the establishment. She is a long time government employee, she is collecting a state retirement while making 120 grand a year from a State Association of Governmental Association. She represent higher taxes, more regulations, and the Democratic way.

the job of superintendent is administrating a fairly large government agency. it isn’t a policy job. the super’s opinion on common core has no more weight than their opinion on lebron vs jordan. on that basis, spearman and thompson are the most qualified candidates. which one wins; who cares?
