Like he cares about his poll numbers.
He’s going to do what he wants to further the grand Democratic agenda.
Not necessarily the Democratic agendas, (potus) and the cockroaches who tell him what to do are only using them to steamroll their plans.

Those numbers are meaningless from the perspective of the two major parties (and the TP as well, I suppose). Our idiotic electorate gripes and moans about aggregated politicians (parties, Congress, etc.), yet routinely sends the incumbents back at rates above 90%. Stoooooopid people.
