I hate to politicize this, since I hope everyone who has some discretionary income will help this cause (and all other similar causes)… but the power of individual contributions to onesie twosie causes based on heart strings is dwarfed by the power of a national pool of resources to find cures like this… you know, taxes?

Indeed it is sad that in the richest nation on earth, with supposedly the “best” health care system, this helpless child is reduced to begging for money from strangers for a chance to live. .
