THAT’S WHAT THE GOP ESTABLISHMENT WANTS …

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is damaged goods … meaning the bureaucratic-backing, crony capitalist warmongers of the “Republican” establishment must find another horse to ride in 2016.

According to The Washington Post, that horse is former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush – younger brother of former president George W. Bush and son of former president George H.W. Bush.

“Many of the Republican Party’s most powerful insiders and financiers have begun a behind-the-scenes campaign to draft former Florida governor Jeb Bush into the 2016 presidential race, courting him and his intimates and starting talks on fundraising strategy,” reporters Philip Rucker and Robert Costa reported in the Post‘s Sunday editions.

These “prominent donors, conservative leaders and longtime operatives” told Rucker and Costa that they “consider Bush the GOP’s brightest hope to win back the White House.”

Yeah … let that sink in for a moment. The Republican establishment thinks its best bet for reclaiming the White House is to return it to the Bush family.

Sheesh …

Bush has made no secret about keeping his options open for 2016.

“The decision will be based on ‘Can I do it joyfully,’ because I think we need to have candidates lift our spirits,” Bush said in January.

Huh?

Prior to the arrival of Barack Obama on the scene, Bush’s brother was easily the worst president this nation has ever had (with his dad not far behind). “Dubya” grew government recklessly (expanding entitlements and bureaucracy). He exacerbated our nation’s debt woes. He plunged us (duplicitously, it’s worth noting) into a pair of totally unnecessary foreign conflicts. He pushed a colossally failed top-down “education reform” law. And he initiated a full-scale assault on liberty in response to the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

Bush did literally nothing right … and he compounded all of his wrong decisions with his “government-first” response to the onset of the great recession.

Jeb Bush is said to be smarter than his brother. Good for him. There are any number of rocks smarter than his brother, though.

And while there is much about Bush’s record as a two-term governor of Florida (1999-2007) to appreciate, he’s veered wildly to the left in recent years. For example, how does one of the foremost champions of school choice wind up being an apologist for the government’s “Common Core” curriculum?

Easy: It’s what the GOP establishment commands …

Speaking of … Bush is also a loyal foot solider for the military-industrial complex, rebuking “neo-isolationism” and “American passivity” in American foreign policy.

We cannot support Jeb Bush under any circumstances. His last name aside, he’s just another in a long line of GOP sellouts who would do more harm than good to our country – serving a narrow set of interests, not the people paying for the spoils those interests continue receiving from a Treasury that’s $17.5 trillion in debt.

The pigs feeding at trough USA love them some Camelot style bullshit like “The Bushes” or “The Clintons” because they secretly want to be ruled by Kings & Queens.

Much of the US population wants to be dominated. They want that gimp ball in their mouths, as long as they get to choose which clown is stuffing it in there.

I wish we could simply trim the Bush’s, but even if we did that we’d still have the smell to deal with.

King of the hanging chads. Made sure his brother won the electoral vote… bless his heart, GWB did not win the popular vote. The bush dynasty needs to be reduced to shrubs.

Agreed… along with the Clinton Dynasty. Who would want to bang the drum for these elitist families who go in and cover up their relatives’ prior mistakes, further consolidate the family wealth, influence and power, perpetuate fallacies, and start wars and other initiatives based on past grudges? Not for the people.

Bush was god awful, for sure. However, my list of the 5 worst presidents (in no particular order) of this once great nation are… LBJ, Obama, FDR, Lincoln, JFK… good runners up include Carter, Nixon, Bush, etc.

So why don’t you tell us specifically what each of these presidents did to become the worst in history. Not what congress did, what they did.

FITS readers who are not gay males actually LOVE Bush. But not that kind. Some like the bush shaved (the bushless bush), some like the landing strip, etc. All women like bush too, even if it only their own.
