Bush was god awful, for sure. However, my list of the 5 worst presidents (in no particular order) of this once great nation are… LBJ, Obama, FDR, Lincoln, JFK… good runners up include Carter, Nixon, Bush, etc.
You left out Wilson.
So why don’t you tell us specifically what each of these presidents did to become the worst in history. Not what congress did, what they did.
