Well, Mr. Folks, what have you NOT done in this article..??

If the statewide media will not introduce willing candidates, what door does this open..??

Just think Mr. Folks, how would an “Operation Fits” play out to defeat CLYBURN, Scott, and Graham all at the same time..??

AS for this video introduction for Det Bowers, what does he NOT ask people to do.!?

He looks like Charlie Crist. That’s a bit ironic. Sic Willie he is also a democrat in republican clothing.

Don’t know much about Bowers? Come on, man. You can do better than that. Det is a born again Christain fundamentalist preacher who unlike most, actually practices
what he preaches – which is a mix of hell fire and brimstone, being gay is a sin, women should be subservient to men, anti-abortion social conservatism that has served SC politicians so well in state races but made us a laughing stock on the national scene. Who can forget his local SuperBowl commercials? “Hey. You want to Burn in Hell for eternity? You will unless you think like me.” He shares Mr. Sanford’s belief in the God of Second Chances, as he initially failed as a Democratic party high level operative, and so he changed sides. His candidacy will implode on its own, but before it does, you should be able to get plenty of material out of it. I am sure he does not think here is anything “ambiguous” about Miz Lindsey…

I’m always interested in preacher’s that seem to shift their faith and much of their personal effort to the institutions of man. It’s smacks of a hypocrisy at times to me, like churches that have the American flag waving next to the pulpit.

Oh well, I hope you’re right, for the record, if only for entertainment purposes…however I think his campaign is the most dangerous to Graham of all the upstarts because his age and background demographically smacks right at the heart of mainstream voting SC. White, older, god fearing preacher man with some legitimate scholarly credentials to back him up.

I dare say he’s a better speaker than Graham too. I think he’s very dangerous for the Graham campaign, especially in light of your comment about his previous Democrat leanings.

He’s the “anti-Graham” as I see it…he’d probably be marginally better and it would be good to see Graham lose his power even if he’s not.

“As the singular super-power in the world, we have a substantial responsibility to conduct our economic, diplomatic and military goals in a reasonable and responsible manner.”-Bowers website

Well…well we know he’s not a peacenik or non-interventionist either…that’ll get him a lot of SC votes.

Yes, you’ve figured out his grand plan. He was the head of the SC Democratic Party in the 1980s, chaired Dukakis’s campaign, yet was such a failure that he decided to fake convert to Christianity, retire from being both a well-paid lawyer and his political positions in the Democratic party, only to then run for Senate against Lindsay Graham 20 years later. He truly is master of the long game.

can he take up serpents and drink poison? Can he heal the sick by laying hands on them? Does he have faith the size of a mustard seed?

The REAL question.

Does he make 5% or is he “held” to 3% of the primary vote?

Ya gotta watch them thar preachers. I’ve known many a preacher in my religious days who preached a fine, fire breathing sermon, complete with tongues and interpretation that when left alone with the women folk would nail them. I guess that’s the god of second chances, right? Thank god I’m an atheist now.
