Its our elected members passionately talking past us, that’s what it is. Great-sounding words (with little meaning) delivered with calculated passion, combined with entrusted power (and now this newly bestowed glamor status)….conveying to public that they are about to do something great and spectacular for public good….only the public good never comes. Excuses come in abundance.
