God, goobers, and gullibility! Three things SC is known for!

He is unelectable because people see right through him. Just spend 5 minutes with him, and it’s obvious.Bil is all about Bill.

Mixing religion and politics is fine with me as long as they worship the one true god–the Flying Spaghetti Monster. May its noodly appendages intertwine with all branches of government and control the lives of believers and nonbelievers alike.

I’m ahead, I’m a man
I’m the first mammal to wear pants, yeah
I’m at peace with my lust
I can kill ’cause in God I trust, yeah
It’s evolution, baby

Talk about the worst kept secret few years ago, is there going to be awedding or did that happen already?

The natural gullibility of the average South Carolinian. That is one of those incalculable, mind blowing concepts. It is comparable to the question of how big is the universe?

Bill must be on the Nikki diet. He is sure a lot chunkier since I saw him 3 years ago.

Wrap yourself in the Flag, tote the BIBLE.
That’s the ticket.
Almost forgot, get a third degree Masonic rating, so you can wear the RING, and do the “dead fish”, knuckle squeeze, handshake.

Bill got his “Combat Medal” in Afghanistan for shooting his rifle out of a Humvee window (following his stopping the convoy). It could have ended in disaster – an insurgent RPG strike. His military reputation? “Consistently places himself above his subordinates at significant risk.” Sounds about like his political campaigns!

Close… He shot a pistol out of the passenger seat window of a moving supply truck. Sound ridiculous? Connor wrote an article about it to highlight his prowess in “the field”

This man wants it bad. So sad he is manipulating his wife (whether she knows it or not) to help him get it. I think Jenny needs to do an intervention. Or, Susan needs to read ChumpLady.com

Anyone else think Conner is trying to show us the length of his manhood in that picture above? Get to it, ladies!

I’ve chatted with Connor at a couple of these “sparsely populated
gatherings of intellectually incurious geriatrics,” and I get it–he’s
talks himself up. But…he’s running for office. Is he supposed to talk
himself down? That would be stupid.

The dude made a mistake
several years ago. One that he appears to have remedied seeing as that
he’s still with his wife. Should he never seek office, even if otherwise
qualified? (Of course, what makes you qualified? and is he otherwise
qualified? Well, that answer is a matter of voter perspective, I assume)

At what point does some who has made an egregious mistake not become a hypocrite anymore…or do they ever? Is that just the nature of round the clock news and insomnia-driven bloggers? Probably so.

He made a mistake. He has to live with that. He’s also chosen to run for office; therefore, putting him and his mistake in the public eye. He has to live with that too. We, as voters, must decide if we can forgive. I can get past his personal indiscretions, and I can be OK with the fact that he’s also a Christian who made a mistake. It’s time to look at the issues.

The biggest problem in politics with those who have something like an affair in their past is the possibility that someone will later blackmail them with it while they are in office. Well, it’s out there already. People know about it, so let’s look at issues and where the candidates stand.

You ask: Should he never seek office, even if otherwise
qualified?

He’s NOT qualified – that’s the point. You would think after losing party chairman and Lt. Governor he’d get the message, go home, develop his business/leadership skills and learn some life lessons. But he hasn’t. In his head, it’s all about Bill Connor, all the time.

Where are Connor’s camdres of arms to support his continued efforts to save South Carolina? Surely they could vouch for his accomplished leadership.

14 members of that group. One or two may have served with him in Afghanistan (doubtful). The rest look like Kool-Aid drinkers.

Someone should ask these bible thumpers real bible questions to humiliate them in public – like “Where in the bible does it say ‘God creates evil?'” and “What did Jesus say to the rich man who asked how to get into heaven?”

Everyone making disparaging remarks about any of the four Republican candidates is working right into Grahamnasty (RINO)SC’s hands. Let’s wait till June to tear down a candidate. As I have said before Graham is the enemy, not each other. Bright isn’t a great businessman, Connor isn’t a great lawyer, Mace isn’t a great ad. executive, Cash isn’t a great ice cream salesman but any of them is a better AMERICAN and patriot than Graham. Don’t take your eyes of the ball.

This looks like the not so Bright crowd piling on Connor. why????? Grahamnasty is the one all of us need to be piling on. I think I read somewhere that Bright has a trucking co. that isn’t operating. That is called a junk yard. By the time Grahamnasty gets through with his financial woes Bright will be even less bright. If he wins the primary I will support him but he is the least electable of the four. I wonder if Grahamnasty is writing these anti-Connor rebuttals ? Makes you think don’t it ?? That would be a good strategy, write postings against the other candidates while hiding under these oddball names. Any of the four candidates are better than Grahamnasty but Connor is the best one of the four. RESTORE HONOR VOTE BILL CONNOR.

There’s nothing honorable about Bill Connor. Not ten minutes after cheating on his wife, or ten years later. I’d suggest a new slogan.

I bet Jesus wants – nay, NEEDS – that guy to be in the Senate as soon as possible, lest Divine plans be thwarted by Graham and militant Islam. Look for the legions of angelic beings (Della Reece) flooding voting booths to make sure Bill Connor is elected.

Bill Connor’s wife has nothing compared to Joe Nelms “Smoking Hot Wife” in his NASCAR prayer prior to the race. He thanked the US race car manufacturer, Ford, and foreign race car manufacturers, Dodge and Toyota; but he didn’t thank the other US race car manufacturer, Chevrolet.

Will Bill Connor give a prayer prior to the start of Darlington where he says he loves boinking his wife?
