Mark is afraid of his shadow. he will never do anything that might make someone mad. Election Commission six, but Hammond is not any better

At least it would move the corruption up a little higher in the food chain, perhaps putting it out of touch of local cronies.

The fiasco in Swansea. The sitting and reelected Wagener Mayor campaigning inside at the polls. Burnettowns poll manager suggesting who to vote for at sign it. Small towns should count too.
