I would like to see an amendment which requires the top persons in the three branches of government to have their children locked in a cell for the numbers of days they are doing the business of the country. A mobile camera is attached to every one of the elevated persons. If, at any time the elevated person lies or uses his office in a suspicious way, his child will be subjected to low-level electrical shocks which are very painful, but leave no physical scars..
