Not wishing to brag, you understand, but Greenville County’s Commissioner is one of the most honest people ever. I know, because I’ve been reporting on him since 1983.
Much about the way Greenville is being run should be adopted by Columbia city administrators.

Courson is out to lunch and the rest are corrupt to the core. No, James Smith, that uniform does not mean you’re honest. You’re playing the Bob Coble/Daniel Chamberlain head in the sand or appeasement policy – and we know you’re not THAT dumb. It’s just dishonesty. How’s that I love Jean Toal thing working out for you, btw? You’re the laughing stock of the bars on Devine Street.

Just because Richland County is a hotbed of political corruption desn’t mean the rest of SC is.
Richland follows the lead of Columbia, the epicenter for corruption, scandal, and intrigue. There must be a LOT of rugs around town because a LOT of dirt is being swept under them.
Will the ballots change any of the elections though?

I’m sure by now you have all seen the front page of The State newspaper. Lillian McBride obviously learned nothing from the abomination that she orchestrated in 2012. This woman is derelict even in a downgraded position and a danger to future electoral processes in Richland County. She has proven time and time again that she is a liability to democracy and an absolute hack, no matter where she is shifted within the Richland County Election Office.
As a taxpayer of Richland county, someone who contributes to this woman’s livelihood, I demand that she is either fired or forced to resign. This sort of blatant abuse of her position simply cannot go on if we truly want to make Columbia a better place. She’s cheated the last two elections, what’s to say she won’t cheat the strong mayor vote?
How do the community leaders plan on dealing with her in light of this impending scandal?

McBride strikes again I do believe she is the ugly ass poster face of the Peter Principal. Maybe the new director will get her new office furniture for doing a good job if you can’t screw them at the poling place screw them right in the office. WTF they are only the dumb ass tax payers they don’t need to vote.
One has to wonder after two monumental fuck ups the troops circle the wagon around dumb ass McBride. What does she have on all of the POS pols who keep doing the CYA for this stupid ass disaster of over paid employee?
