Days after former U.S. President Bill Clinton criticized his botched rollout of America’s new socialized medicine law, Barack Obama awarded Clinton the presidential medal of freedom.
Coincidence?
Probably … but the optics weren’t good for the current commander-in-chief, who has seen his approval ratings crater in the wake of the disastrous launch of Obamacare, his signature domestic policy achievement.
In bestowing the honor upon Clinton, Obama thanked the former president for his “advice and counsel … on and off the golf course.”
Well … if Obama’s golf game is having any problems, it certainly isn’t from lack of practice.
Last week Clinton criticized the Obama administration for breaking its “if you like your plan, you can keep your plan” promise to Americans regarding their health care coverage.
“I personally believe, even if it takes a change to the law, the president should honor the commitment the federal government made to those people and let them keep what they got,” he said.
Within forty-eight hours of Clinton’s comments, Obama attempted to do just that – announcing a so-called Obamacare “fix” for the nearly four million (and counting) Americans who lost their coverage due to the new law’s onerous regulations.
Wow … it’s almost like Slick Willie is still running the country, isn’t it?

How gracious our rulers are. It’s good to see one pot mouth washing dictator give good advice to a pot smoking one. Maybe the black one can ball wash the white one next time they are out on the golf course.
Sir, it seems you are suffering from Clinton/Obama Syndrome. I’ve found it to be totally debilitating to those suffering the malady.
I recommend switching the channel from RNC/FOX to The Cartoon Channel.
I only ever watch The Cartoon Channel.
It’s high brow compared to FOX, MSNBC, CNN and the rest.
In fairness to Clinton and his blow job buddy, I hate Bush too.
The Clinton/Obama Syndrome is easily cured with a liberal application of Preparation H.
Funny. Luckily, Clinton/Obama syndrome is somewhat curable. The Bush/Cheney syndrome, however, is an incurable condition, like HIV. You can treat it, but it always flares back up anytime you stop taking your medication and watch MSNBC.

They both smoked da ganja, mon.
One just claimed he didn’t inhale.
I meant my comment to refer to that, perhaps a better way of saying it would be “using pot for mouthwash” to make it more clear.
Self-serving political elites!
Well I’m just happy to hear that Oprah finally got a medal from her savior.
Clinton should tell him to propose the public option, then.
Cool deal the BJ guy yanks the skinny socialist chain and gets a medal for freedom. Is this a great country or what?
Obama will never be the black man Clinton is. He can’t even get any side action.
What this article shoulda been titled is “Stop mouthing me Bill.”
How bout showing the Latham divorce..
Does that blue ribbon around his neck have any sea man on it?
My most enduring memory of Clinton is his deposition, “I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinisky” and then reading her deposition in the NY Times of going down on him completely naked two dozen times in the Oval office and bathroom. Once while he was on the phone with a California congressman. Lucky bastard.
Why does Clinton or Oprah get the medal of freedom? Neither are worthy IMO.
What has Oprah done to receive the medal of freedom as all she seems to do is play the race card? Looking forward to when the Clinton’s, Oprah, Al Sharpton, and old Jesse are put out to pasture where they belong……along with Nobama!!!!!
