When the story originally came out, he was shot by a white male in his late 30’s or early 40’s wearing a blue button down shirt and khakis. What I wanna know is… Beside Walter White, who goes around shooting people while wearing khakis?

Look at it this way, Miles might have convinced police with his initial lie if he had made it more believable by saying he was shot by a young black between 20-30 in downtown area.
The cops would have never questioned it, done a little dog & pony show investigation and threw their hands up after a few days of no leads like all the other crimes involving black perps.
So his racism ended up sinking his own ship. Beautiful.
