I can dig it.Here’s a clip from one of my 1st concerts. If I thought I’d ever see it again on something called the internet…,that’s almost as amazing as the man himself…

Not my first concert, but Hendrix played at the 2nd Atlanta Pop Festival ,in Byron,Georgia,July 4th 1970.The Allman Brothers were also there, and IMO,the best live band, ever.Their performance is available on a 2-disc set.

this was one of the few concerts where they had monitors;a novel concept, back then;they could really ‘hear’ themselves singing;old, raw footage, but you get the idea, and a ‘concert’ lasted 30 minutes,in those days….http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IdQh8jol39k

Pages of verbal masturbation about Pearl Jam and not a word about:
Melinda Anderson and her “I have a gun threat”
The “Library Tax”
Kamala Kahn
The assault on Leon
Lexington 1’s grade scandal (a great tie in for your boy Howie)
DeBlasio, Christie and McAuliffe

Well, unfortunately for you, Eddie Vedder hates your conservative guts.

Cool shit. I only got to see my favorite band, Alice In Chains, in 2010, long after lead vocalist Layne Staley died. One of my favorite albums is Mad Season’s “Above”, a collaboration between Staley, McCready, and three members of Screaming Trees.
