Idealists, per history in other countries, mainly Russia, have been known to turn into revolutionists and we cannot let that happen in this country. They say too many cooks spoiled the broth so guess we should take out the radical idealists.

Yes, compromise is the solution. For instance, say someone wants you dead but you want to be alive. We can compromise by just beating you within an inch of your life and everyone should be happy.

Will they become a new species of cockroach? The following from Wiki–
—————————–

Research has shown group-based decision-making is responsible for complex behaviors such as resource allocation. In a study where 50 cockroaches were placed in a dish with
three shelters with a capacity for 40 insects in each, the insects arranged themselves in two shelters with 25 insects in each, leaving the third shelter empty. When the capacity of the shelters was increased to more than 50 insects per shelter, all of the cockroaches arranged themselves in one shelter.

Researchers found a balance between cooperation and competition exists in the
group decision-making behavior found in cockroaches.
Another study tested the hypothesis that cockroaches use just two pieces of
information to decide where to go under those conditions: how dark it is and how
many other cockroaches there are.

Cockroaches leave chemical trails in their feces. Other cockroaches will follow these trails to discover sources of food and water, and also discover where other cockroaches are hiding.

Cockroaches are among the hardiest insects. Some species are capable of remaining active for a month without food and are able to survive on limited resources, such as the glue from
the back of postage stamps. Some can go without air for 45 minutes. In one experiment, cockroaches were able to recover from being submerged underwater for half an hour.

So, if one wanted to get rid of cockroaches one would develop a cockroach specific disease or parasite, infect a few healthy cockroaches, turn them loose, they find the other cockroaches, infect them, then they all die within 48 hours. You could corner the market in cockroach eradication and make a fortune.

Seriously, that is interesting information and I think you for sharing.

I think what those people are doing is proving the “placebo affect” theory.

Until the cockroach population adapted and the disease or parasite you developed mutated to attack humans.

I think the ‘establishment GOP’ is finding out what it was like to be a buggy whip manufacturer in 1920.

No one wants your crap any more.

I think you are dead wrong. I think there are a very large number of people who feel they have been pushed out of the Republican Party by the Teanuts, and now self identify as independents.

I don’t understand. The Tea Partiers say they are not Republicans. So why would they care if Republicans say, “Good, because we do not want you.” This is really an effort by the Republicans to push out the Libertarians that have attempted to take over the Republican party. I.e. the true RsINO.
They Libertarians have a party and that’s where they need to be.

You tea party nuts will go the same route as the christian coalition nuts. come to tnink of it, some of the sc teabaggers are former christian coalition bible thumpers, flag flappers, anti-zoning nuts, get out of the in, john birch society, conspiracy/black helicopter types anyway.

When elected officials start losing elections by pandering to you outliers, tea party “movement” will wither away. Good riddance.

Oh, that $23B Internet Tax hike? It;s a LIE. Based on false data, the true number is less than $4B and the compliance costs to small business (supported by lobby $$ from WalMart & Amazon) will not only put small online business out of business, it will cost more in compliance costs than the tax collected.

SC and ‘big business’? We know about the dysfunction of Pub lawmakers when Amazon moved into SC w their 2K jobs package. SC gave away the farm ($4M free property), the animals (property tax reduction and a change of Blue laws) as well as the first born (income tax credits for new hires) and SC DOR will not see one penny of Sales Tax revenue until 2016.

We are lucky.

We are poised to see a new era.

The zeitgeist, which has contained the ulcers and cancers of unimaginative minds is about to burst, and eject some of that poison.

Religion, which has so far been leaden balls anchored to our feet, has been purified by the fire of skeptical inquiry. It is now possible for even the most simple study to reveal the character flaws which have fed off of the highest inspiration of man, for self-aggrandizement, for profit, and for power. Those representatives of darkness in the name of God are falling from the sky. And in this new age of enlightenment, the Republican Party is being exposed, ironically, by those who they thought to use as tools, as the agents of deception they have become. The “harmless” little tea party wackos, it turns out, were “crazy” enough to seek election based on “no new taxes”… indeed, “fewer old taxes.” When it became apparent how very intensely these creatures of dogma believed this, it was too late for the Republican Party to put them back “in their place.” They had tapped into raw idealism whose roots were so closely related to religion, that the poisons of both politics and “old time religion” fused into a single, obfuscated, senseless, secret creed.

This force has been, until now, part of the collective unconscious, directing the actions of “the establishment” – as well as being used by it, to insure the distribution of wealth only flows one way – from the workers to those who control the machines of industry, and further to those who “finance” them. Now, unleashed, the only prescription is untenable – that is, they cannot afford to attack the foundations of the tea party in earnest, or it would undermine their philosophical lines of control. The “purity” the tea party is applying, will backlight the puppets so that the strings are clearly visible – even to the common pedestrian. This cannot be allowed to happen, yet – if the tea party is not derailed, the easy control of the military-industrial complex will become a hopelessly confounding morass of contradictions and explanations that even the most ignorant, arrogant, and intolerant foot soldier in the war on reason would be unable to swallow.

Therefore, with only a few whimpers from those Republican who stand to lose their jobs in the next election… some indirect claims of “crazy” and “good intentioned ideologues” ruining a good thing, the tea party, like the fox in the Spartan tunic, eats the establishment Republican guts out.

It’s a REAL tea party… watching the sweat fall from their brow as their little slaves, like piranha, eat them alive.

The blood is in the water.
