Pretty smart move on his part. Sad to say but there’s a million ways to manipulate the law in favor of those with clout. Maybe we’ll see something along the lines of a directed verdict or a judgement as a matter of law…

For crying out loud, there was a direct violation of election law in the Richland tax vote and it was completely ignored via bullshit legal rulings…I don’t hold a lot of hope the same won’t happen here.

The laws are for the little people.
