Probably because so far no plastic surgeons, dermatologists or cosmetic companies have accepted her offer for tax incentives to relocate to Columbia, and within walking distance of the mansion?

Millions of dollars already spent for infrastructure and etc. with no private investment, no jobs, no nada.
Did these companies receive taxpayer money even though they didn’t relocate? If they didn’t move here, how did they get a tax deal? If you are not in SC, what’s an SC tax deal going to do for you? Are we paying cash up front?
