COLUMBIA, S.C. (October 7, 2013) – The South Carolina Gamecocks and Tennessee Volunteers will kick off at noon ET on Saturday, October 19, the SEC announced today. The game will be televised nationally on ESPN.

The No. 14/12 Gamecocks are off to a 4-1 start this season, including a 2-1 mark in the SEC. They will travel to Fayetteville this weekend for a matchup with the Arkansas Razorbacks (3-3, 0-2 SEC). Tennessee (3-3, 0-2 SEC) is idle this week.

Tennessee leads the all-time series, 22-7-2, including a 14-2 advantage in Knoxville. South Carolina has won each of the last three meetings. They had never won back-to-back meetings against the Vols prior to the current streak. Carolina won by a 38-35 count in Columbia last season and by a 14-3 margin in 2011, the last time they met in Knoxville.

ESPN – Noon ET – South Carolina at Tennessee

ESPN or ESPN2 – 7:00 ET – LSU at Ole Miss
