The fiddle wasn’t invented until the early 16th Century, Nero ruled from 54-68 BCE. Nero played a stringed instrument called a lyre – playing a lyre is better than being a liar I think.
This is supposed to be a scandal? He plays golf on his vacations and weekends? Big deal.
I think the “Big Deal” is what it cost the US Taxpayer for the POTUS to “play” golf! It’s simply not paying greens fee’s and a cart. It’s motorcades, helicopters, and probably well over 100 secret service agents plus local and state law enforcement that WE are paying for him to “play”..
If this were the CEO of some fortune 500 company it would be no big deal. When it cost the US taxpayer 250 to 300K a weekend for him to play golf its a problem.

Those people are going to be with him no matter what. No president stays cooped up in the white house for their entire term.
They have places like Camp David that we spend a fortune a year to maintain! How about they take their ass their instead of wasting so much damn money!
I know the president needs some vacations but I don’t think it would be unreasonable for the POTUS to work a weekend every now and then? Nobody said it would be a rosé garden (no pun intended) but lets don’t lose sight of the big picture.

You don’t “shoot” a round of golf. And at least when he is on the golf course, he isn’t screwing something up. What do you want him to do? Work like the rest of us?
