A political action committee working to defeat U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham (RINO-S.C.) says the liberal lawmaker’s support among GOP primary voters has slipped to 42 percent in a new poll.
“In a poll conducted by Landmark Communications and Rosetta Stone Communications, Graham has seen his support erode from well above 50 percent to just 42 percent,” a press release from the Western Representation political action committee asserts.
“While he still holds a significant lead over his challengers individually he is well below the magic number of 50 percent which would force him into a one-on-one runoff,” the release continues.
We haven’t seen the polling data referenced by this organization so we cannot attest to its accuracy, however it sounds about right based on what we’ve picked up anecdotally from other entities polling this race.
In South Carolina primary elections, a runoff between the top two vote-getters is held two weeks after the initial round of balloting – assuming no one was able to clear the 50 percent threshold.
That is Graham’s potential danger zone …
The fiscally liberal Graham has drawn three primary challengers in his bid for a third term in the Democratic-controlled U.S. Senate – Lowcountry businesswoman Nancy Mace, S.C. Sen. Lee Bright and former congressional candidate Richard Cash.
UPDATE: Here’s the poll …

Graham has been in the Senate too long so I welcome a challenger. Of course, the more challengers he has the less likely any of them will succeed. I look forward to someone I could vote for instead but I’m not so unhinged as to join the anyone-but-Graham movement.
I agree but, like you, I have not seen a challenger anywhere near to be qualified.
I don’t understand. How is Graham qualified at all? A potato is more qualified for elected office than he is.
You over estimate yourself.
idiot and a spy for the graham demons, are ya? Yeah .. .thought so.
And stop recommending your own post, fool.
…but I’m not so unhinged as to join the anyone-but-Graham movement.
Your words are hurtful.
Your “Unknown Comic ” avatar is awesome, though.
Senator Graham walked into a local pub after his speech to the Greenville Chamber of Commerce and immediately noticed a young lady at the bar on her own. After a couple of beers he decided to offer her a drink and make small talk. She accepted.
“What’s your name?” the Senator asked her.
“Carmen,” she replied.
“That’s a nice name. Did your mother or father name you that?”
“Neither. I changed my name when I was eighteen from Sharon to Carmen.”
“Why did you do that?” the Senator asked.
“Well,” she explained, “I like men and I like cars, so that is how I got my name, Carmen.”
“What’s your name?”
“Beerpussy,” replied the Senator
Graham 53%
Bright 37%
Other 8%
Mace 2%
I swear to god I thought the punchline was going to be “Richard Cash, but you can call me Dick Cash”
“Dick Cash”
Well done, sir!!
If Bright, Other, and Mace can get 4% more between them, we’ll have a runoff!

“Excellent.”
The sack of dung has got to go. More and more in South Carolina hate his guts. He is a god damn liar, he cuddles criminal illegal aliens, he is a crook, and he stabs everyone of the voters in South Carolina in the back while spitting in their faces.
GOD DAMN GRAHAM, who is the spawn of satan himself!
I have been wondering if he owes his success to having sold his soul to the devil…I’m only half-joking.
hardy think he is vulnerable. Mental institutions are very secure facilities.
Surprised to see the not so warm welcome by fans when he was given some award at the Clemson game yesterday…sad to say…an almost disrespectful response to someone in this position.
Why should his “position” garner any respect?
Is a friggin King? Or Queen?(literally that is…figuratively is a different ?)
He is an elected Representative, and when he doesn’t represent the mob’s desire then he deserves no respect as such.
Now, if the Constitution was operating like in the days of old, he’d have been appointed and his disdain for his current constituents wouldn’t matter…but that’s not the deal anymore.
But,has he gained a little sexiness and fawn-like beauty with his vulnerability? Mac says so…
Limp-wristed “Lindy” has his nose so far up the “loser Mccain’s” anus that he will surely break his nose if old McCain makes another sudden turn to the left! Seneca, your village idiot is coming home. He has completed his training to be a lying lobbyist.
He should become an independent candidate.
