How do you stop Clowney? Easy: punt the ball.

How do you stop Clowney…..?? Get a quarterback for the opposing team to ask the reporter interviewing him to ask CLOWNEY if he understands how much OIL flow is at stake in SYRIA and how that will impact the price the spectators pay to come watch a game…!!!

Then watch how CLOWNEY answers the question from the reporter…!!

PRICELESS…..!!!

Which is why the NCAA should do away with admission exceptions. If you can’t freakin’ read at a high school level or do basic math, why are you in college? At most those players should be in a tech school or maybe a junior college.

Hey smart guy, Syria produces very little oil and oil would remain unaffected if the US did nothing. So it’s inaccurate to say its “at stake”.

The vaunted Tarheels didn’t have much trouble stopping him. Too much hype.

What about the stats that haven’t been talked about: Renner’s completion percentage when Clowney wasn’t on the field was 75%, but when Clowney was on the field it went down to 52%. He may not sack the quarterback on every play, and he may not knock a helmet off ever again, but he disrupts the offense more than any other defensive player in the country. North Carolina gameplanned around him and they were held to 30 less points than they averaged last year, and more than 100 yards less than they averaged last year.

You stop him by giving him the freedom to train and practice as he feels like it. He’ll blame it on a stomach virus, but those of us who played sports saw right through that and saw a guy sucking wind because he was out of shape.

Two games to date, Clown(ey) has had 5 tackles and 1 sack. At this rate he’ll end the season with 14-15 tackles and 6 sacks. The NFL scouts will be beating down his door if this continues at this rate. Face it Dirt Pecker fans, Clown(ey) is holding back worried about what will happen next year rather than what will happen next Saturday.
