We don’t generally support her client roster of establishment “Republicans,” but we’ve always been big fans of Upstate, S.C. political strategist Leslie Roper Gaines (a.k.a. “The Lioness”).
She’s gorgeous (and has impeccable taste in shoes), but more importantly she’s a genuinely good person who happens to be very good at what she does – like helping lead former U.S. Speaker Newt Gingrich’s wildly successful 2012 South Carolina presidential primary campaign.
Obviously we can’t stand Gingrich (we’re hoping heart trouble … not another presidential campaign is in his future), but that doesn’t mean we don’t appreciate the work Gaines and her firm did for his campaign.
Anyway, here’s another reason we love the Lioness – her enthusiastic support for our right to keep and bear arms.
Take a look …

Proper form too. It certainly doesn’t look like that weak ass grip Haley had going on.
I have waited, but still no shoes. Not even a link! C’mon Sic, I’m beginning to question your journalistic integrity.
I will work on that … HA!
Thanks — perhaps sharing another photo of Mrs. Sic with mid-thigh skirt and six-inch heels?
— never happen in YOUR lifetime!
