He has a diagnosed learning disability. He’s been diagnosed since Middle School. I’m sure when he chose to go to Clemson on one of his 3 official visits they would have denied him if he had chosen them, right? Classy move insulting someone that has stayed out of trouble, volunteers constantly, and is inspiring to children diagnosed as learning disabled. It’s sick people like you and the other “fans” that have insulted him due to intelligence that give the other sane percentage of Clemson fans an image of being classless. I genuinely hope you are proud of yourself and can sleep at night knowing you’re taking cheap shots at someone that can crush you with a flick of his wrist, over something he can’t help over the internet.
There are no panes left in that glass house Clemson fans live in, are there? Every school in the country does everything it can to keep its players eligible. Although you have to hand it to Clemson to go the extra mile and make their’s into honors students. CJ Spiller was a Dean’s List student and was academic All-ACC, yet on the Wonderlic he got the lowest score you can have and still be considered literate.
There was some initial concern whether Clowney – the No.1 high school recruit in America two years ago – would be academically eligible to compete at South Carolina, however he made his grades and has had no academic issues since he enrolled at USC in 2011.

What has Carolina won other than four in a row against Clemson? I mean really?? Just because one fan takes a jab at a player BIG DEAL. Remember, Clemson has beat LSU and Georgia and all that means is that they have to play SC State next weekend. South Carolina beat an 8-8 team this week and fans act like that should have earned them some great credibility…. Like it or not Clowney had a bad night and you can bet Georgia will look to see what UNC did to make him a non-factor and you’ll see it again and again this year. Clowney won’t win the Heisman…. It’s amazing how Gamecock fans talk about how good they are. I agree with Elwood Blues, what have you guys done besides win 4 against Clemson? Clemson owns the overall series, before you left the ACC you only had one conference championship in 1969, and haven’t done crap except get a division title since joining the SEC. Win a championship, conference or otherwise, and then talk. And if you forgot, Clemson has multiple conference championships and a national championship. Top that!
