(Columbia, SC) – In response to new NSA disclosures detailing privacy violations, Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Jay Stamper today called on Senator Lindsey Graham to apologize to the people of South Carolina for misleading them about the NSA’s record of domestic spying.
In June, Senator Graham defended NSA surveillance practices, saying they are “limited to tracking people who are suspected to be terrorists.”
The NSA has now disclosed that one of its programs illegally intercepted tens of thousands of domestic emails and communications annually for at least three years before informing the FISA court.
“Lindsey Graham was aware of NSA privacy violations and deliberately misled South Carolinians,” said Stamper. “Accordingly, I call on Senator Graham to apologize to the people of South Carolina.”

Yawn!
They all should not only apologize and resign, then they should behave as lemmings do at a cliff. Preferably a tall one. That way the SlowMo catches every tumble.
Dear Jay Stamper,
According to the “Art of War”, deception is the basis of WHAT..?
“….“Lindsey Graham was aware of NSA privacy violations and deliberately misled South Carolinians,” said Stamper. “Accordingly, I call on Senator Graham to apologize to the people of South Carolina.”…..”
So, Mr. Stamper, you have the gall to issue a statement like this for publication by WIl Folks on this website and you FAIL to tell the readers WHY you are using the very same tactic that Senator Lindsey Graham used..??
Obviously, Mr. Stamper, you have the wrong group of informational “advisors” surrounding you for your campaign. What is utterly disgusting is the fact that Wil Folks will use this piece as a “badge” to garner add dollars from “citizens” who don’t have a clue.
Well. at least Nancy Mace can use this piece in a debate to illustrate the similarities between YOU and Lindsey Graham all at the same time.
How can you defend the violation of Americans’ Constitutional rights?
You may be disappointed to hear Mace’s thoughts on NSA. She said this week that Graham “already believes in treating every American as a potential terrorist through the NSA.”

Holy Cow, an on topic comment not addressed to Citadel Cadets or Nancy “I no longer work here” Mace…!
He should apologize for ever having run for the office in the first place.
