Is this the time McConnell makes his move to manipulate himself from his adult-diaper-cleaning job to a supreme court judgeship?

It appears this is the time a ten person committee can declared Jean Toal “unqualified” to continue in the election. Will they have the guts to do it? Oh, yeah, Fits. We will be following on this mess.

All any member of the Judicial Merit Selection Commission has to do is google Jean Toal and Fitnews.com and it’s all there. Any member of that commission that votes that Toal is “qualified” should immmediately be removed from office.

It’s clear Toal is not qualified to continue as chief justice of the SC Supreme Court. These are the 10 people who will have to find the courage to vote that way. They should be held accountable professionally for not doing so.

Sen. Larry A. Martin, Chairman
Rep. Alan D. Clemmons, Vice-Chairman
Rep. Bruce W. Bannister
Kristian M. Cross, Esquire
John Davis Harrell, Esquire (Bobby Harrell’s brother)
Sen. George E. Campsen, III
Rep. David J. Mack, III
Sen. Floyd Nicholson
H. Donald Sellers
Joseph Preston “Pete” Strom, Jr., Esquire

The rules will change, the commission members will change, the dates and times and deadlines will change. This is going to be a circus. This is a joke.

Does this mean that anyone who is intending to run has announced his/ her intention to do so?
