Every player who received a suspension has a Hispanic name. What’s the deal with that? I can only speculate.

His mother was German, his father Hispanic and came across the border illegally so he changed his name from Brawndo to Braun.

Too bad the political class doesn’t have a policing authority like the Commission. That body seems committed to upholding some standards of conduct.

These baseball players should have moved the venue to South Carolina. All ethics violations are at the whim of little committee in the House and Senate – who police themselves – and Judges and Attorneys are only disciplined at the whim and sobriety of Jean Toal.

A Rod needs to take a chill pill. They could have suspended him for life.
