Hey, who came up with the photo for this piece? Must have been an ex-government employee. Looks like some people have trouble telling a probe from a ball point pen.
However, maybe a “cattle prode” would be better to use on the legislature than a pen.
In this case if “the pen is mightier than the sword” it looks like we are comparing a rusty safety “pin” to a sword.
