I was with you until you started cursing. You don’t need to do that to get your point across, and it’s unprofessional. There is certainly a reason for righteous anger about this issue, and your article was excellent – until the paragraph where you cursed. You can find better language with which to express that anger.
The language at the end is only distracting because you let it be. She didn’t go off on a profanity-laced tirade throughout her entire write-up, she merely expressed her anger and frustration at people who promote this kind of stuff. Whether or not you like it is one thing, but you can ignore one or two words in one paragraph.
I do find it a little funny that someone complaining about offensive speech on a site they frequent would receive a complaint about posting offensive speech on a site that they frequent.
I think she is fucking well entitled to a few “fuck yous” in a piece like this. Why make an issue of that. FITS does not play by the old rules, don’t expect its contributors to do so. Deal with the substance of what was said, not the style.
Seriously, with all the shots of Kelly Payne’s tits and model’s crotch shots and disgusting language from Mr. 9 Inches or whatever he is calling himself, all the endless comments on whether Nikki Haley tastes like curry, here on a site where the founding editor calls himself ‘SIC WILLIE’ and ‘A Friend’ critiques the use of four letter words. People don’t tell these jokes because rape or criminal domestic violence itself is funny, they tell them because it is dark humor. No one tells dead baby jokes because they think miscarriages, stillbirths, abortions, or SIDS is hilarious.Obviously people who aren’t into dark humor, or people who would be sensitive to the subject matter of the joke, won’t find it funny in the least bit. If the humor offends you this much, get new friends.

Did you just discover there are rotten people in the world who live to
make ‘truck full of dead baby’ jokes? There is a facebook page called
“Cancer is Funny Cause People Die.” I battle cancer, and I am
offended. There are also jihadi facebook pages, and apparently Ansar Al
Sharia announced that it was they who attacked the Benghazi
consulate–on their facebook page which is still active. Deal with it,
little girl. So sad that the world is filled with monsters-the sooner
you focus on issues that you actually can change, instead of working the
outrage angle on issues that you are merely grandstanding on, the more
effective you’ll be. It’s just tough luck. You can’t force the world
to conform to your narrow viewpoint; just as you resist any attempt by
others to force their beliefs on you, you will never succeed in
