A Cuban is non Nordic and is therefore cannot be a white supremacist. He may be a facist or a racist but he can’t be a white supremacist.
There were Spanish immigrants, largely Gallegos, in Cuba before the Revolution. But, few families remained purely European. The odds are Garcia-Quintana is himself mixed or that other members of his family are. Soledad O’Brien is also of Spanish Cuban descent.

I feel (an iota) of sympathy for Roan Garcia-Quintana. He achieved his biggest soapbox ever for his vehemently white supremacist views because of being selected for Haley’s reelection committee. But, knowing Cubans, it is likely to backfire. I will not be surprised if a clutch of obviously non-white family members reach out to him publicly now that he is in the news. We will see how the Council of Conservative Citizens responds.
