As soon as Senator Brad Hutto’s office receives word from his investigators on whether or not the man is a Democrat or a Republican and how he can help or hurt Hutto, then a determination will be made as to how he is treated. If the man is a Democrat, Brad will contact his mentor, Jean Toal, who has his testicles in a jar on her desk, and he will follow her instructions.
