The hearing will be scheduled with a judge friendly to Jean Toal and when it is most politically advantageous to Toal and the Democrats. Toal controls Roslyn Frierson, head of Court Administration who controls the schedules and dockets. Additionally, any sitting circuit or family court judge will tell you, openly, that Toal knows what is going on on every county’s docket at all times.
This is how Toal can influence cases she is interested in!
If Toal has an interest in a case, I’d put NOTHING pass her influential involvement!
Judges fear her and her short fuse, Attorneys tremble at her approach. They all know of her vindictiveness and proclivity to exact punishment!
