Will neither you or the Politico apparently know anything about the Health Care Act. For starters the Health Care Act actually does not require and individual to have Health Insurance whatsoever. The Health Care Act in short requires the employee to pay a mere $100 penalty if their employer offers a qualifying plan and they elect to not participate in that plan or otherwise have health insurance. Waxman is correct.
Well, it is actually $95 the first year, and it increases every year ending in excess of $300 tax penalty – to be collected via tax return… It will hurt year 3 and forward. The whole thing is a farce since MEDICAL INFLATION THE TRUE PROBLEM WAS NOT EVEN ADDRESSED……………………
