Well, Sen. Graham is pissed that the guy wasn’t charged as an enemy combatant. Held a press conference today to talk about it. Bless his heart.
He still could be declared an enemy combatant if it can be clearly demonstrated that he was working for or with a “state sponsor” of some kind.
