This has Jake Knotts’ fingerprints all over it. We all know how Knotts feels about Haley. His use of Andre Bauer to get at her is not surprising, either.
It’s a May-December bromance between Knotts and Bauer that has been going on for many years now. And I forgot to mention that Knotts is also big buddies with his fellow liberal, Vincent Sheheen. THIS may be Knotts ticket to getting a government appointed position and eliminating one of his political opponents in one fell swoop.
