Cybersquatting is actually pretty interesting in and of itself. You can actually sue in some cases, but I believe it has to be regarding someone trying to profit off of your company name or trademark or something similar.
One interesting suit involved Nissan, the car company, suing a guy who runs a computer business with his name, Nissan, in the title. Apparently the guy running the computer business got nissan.com and Nissan Motors went through a very lengthy court battle trying to strip it from him, but since it is his actual name and he legitimately uses the domain, their lawsuits were struck down.
Not sure if Sheheen could sue though, and even if he could, it would just piss away money in court and likely not be resolved in time for the election. Besides, who gives a shit about “vincesheheen.com” anyways?
